A Multiplexing Filtering Antenna

چکیده
In this communication, a compact, highly integrated multiplexing filtering antenna operating at 4.7/5.2/6.0/6.6 GHz is proposed for the first time. Different from traditional antennas, has one shared radiator but four ports working in different frequency bands, and thus, it can simultaneously support transmission channels. The composed of patch with U-shaped slot, two substrate waveguide (SIW) cavities, resonator-based frequency-selective paths. paths not only enhance interchannel isolations also improve impedance bandwidth. design principles methods controlling bands are studied. Measurement results agree reasonably well simulations, showing channels 4.5 to 4.8 GHz, 5.1 5.3 5.85 6.3 6.4 6.6 respectively. exhibits high isolation over 25 dB between addition, consistent broadside radiation pattern polarization manifesting be promising candidate multiservice wireless communication systems.

Empirical Mode Decomposition based Adaptive Filtering for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Channel Estimation
This paper presents an empirical mode decomposition (EMD) based adaptive filter (AF) for channel estimation in OFDM system. In this method, length of channel impulse response (CIR) is first approximated using Akaike information criterion (AIC). Then, CIR is estimated using adaptive filter with EMD decomposed IMF of the received OFDM symbol. The correlation and kurtosis measures are used to sel...
متن کاملStatistical antenna selection for spatial multiplexing systems
Spatial multiplexing is a signaling strategy for achieving high spectral efficiencies in communication links that employ multiple transmit and multiple receive antennas. In such systems it will be desirable to use only a subset of the available transmit and/or receive antennas to reduce cost and complexity. In this paper we address the problem of optimal antenna subset selection in spatial mult...
متن کاملTransmit Antenna Correlation in Spatial Multiplexing Systems
In this letter we present a transmit antenna correlation in spatial multiplexing systems with channel state information at the transmitter (CSIT) of a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) correlated channel. Indeed, high correlation degrades system capacity and performance. Most related work has thus far considered in the statistical channel model such as Kronecker model with an approximate To...
متن کاملMulti-Antenna Cooperative Wireless Systems: A Diversity-Multiplexing Tradeoff Perspective
We consider a general multiple antenna network with multiple sources, multiple destinations and multiple relays in terms of the diversity-multiplexing tradeoff (DMT). We examine several subcases of this most general problem taking into account the processing capability of the relays (half-duplex or full-duplex), and the network geometry (clustered or non-clustered). We first study the multiple ...
متن کاملDiversity and multiplexing: a fundamental tradeoff in multiple-antenna channels
Multiple antennas can be used for increasing the amount of diversity or the number of degrees of freedom in wireless communication systems. In this paper, we propose the point of view that both types of gains can be simultaneously obtained for a given multiple-antenna channel, but there is a fundamental tradeoff between how much of each any coding scheme can get. For the richly scattered Raylei...
